Steamed Brekky

For some days, my family and I had been missing the kind of home-made momos we had in Darjeeling with a yummy chilli sauce and a mug of black coffee. So this is what I had for breakfast, today:

And can I tell you, they were every bit delicious.
I’ll go check for some leftovers now. πŸ™‚

  1. Yummmm, I am hungry…and these little guys look great. I would like to taste these and see how they compare to the ones in China. I think the home-made chilli-ginger chutney would makes these Momos unbelievable πŸ™‚
